Product ranges
Our product ranges quickly lead to the right actuator: rotary and part-turn actuators, linear actuators, ATEX/IECEx versions, accessories and customer-specific custom solutions.
Overview
Each category combines typical applications with key performance ranges and leads quickly to the right product family.
For valves, dampers, ball valves and industrial positioning elements with defined rotary or part-turn movement.
For slide gates, valves and linear positioning tasks in machines and plants — from compact designs to high forces.
Explosion-protected rotary, part-turn and linear actuators for Zone 2 and Zone 22 in process applications.
Explosion-protected versions for particularly critical applications. The Zone 1 image is used exclusively in this product range.
The values are intended for preselection. The actual design depends on application, duty cycle, operating time, voltage, environment and options.
| Product family | Types / sizes | Torque / force | Operating time / note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rotary and part-turn actuators | nT 25, NK, NL, N1–N4 A, N5–N6, N8, NV | 25 Nm to 500 Nm | approx. 1–220 s / 90° depending on series |
| Rotary and part-turn actuators, high range | project-specific versions | up to 32,000 Nm | Designed according to application and gearbox |
| Linear actuators | K, KA, V | 600 N to 5,000 N | Selected by stroke, force and thrust speed |
| ATEX Zone 2 / 22 | N1–N4 A Z2/22, N5–N6 Z2/22, K/KA/V Z2/22 | up to 310 Nm / 600–5,000 N | Designed according to stroke, speed and Ex requirements |
| IECEx / ATEX Zone 1 | NEx, NEx-K, NEx-KA, NEx-V | up to 310 Nm / 600–5,000 N | Designed according to application and approval requirements |
For reliable preselection, the most important details are movement type, performance and environmental conditions. For Ex applications, zone, approval and temperature range are also required.
Clarify the movement first: rotary/part-turn, linear, Ex Zone 2/22 or Ex Zone 1. For high force or special mechanics, we recommend direct technical coordination.
